Account Manager, Ticket Sales - Full-Time (entry level)

The Account Manager, Ticket Sales is responsible for generating new season ticket and group sales revenue, as well as managing existing accounts for the Orlando Predators. It is the Account Manager, Ticket Sales responsibility to deliver an enhanced fan experience by building strong relationships and providing excellent customer service through customized communication and tailored benefits to match the needs of each customer before they attend games at the Amway Center.

WHAT YOU’LL DO IN YOUR ROLE.

  • Responsible for selling full menu of ticket products including, season ticket packages, group tickets and single game suite options
  • Generating prospects through cold calling, networking and face-to-face appointments
  • Manage assigned season ticket accounts to ensure renewals and provide exceptional customer service
  • Anticipate, respond to, and resolve all complaints, requests, and inquiries from defined account base and general fan base; handle difficult situations in a calm and professional manner
  • Maintain records of all touch points with clients and prospects in CRM 
  • Work assigned sales, promotional and team events during games and outside normal business hours

THE EXPERIENCE YOU’LL BRING.

  • Undergraduate degree
  • Minimum of 1 year of sales experience, preferably in sports
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Strong work ethic and drive to excel
  • Commitment to work some nights and weekends for games and events
  • Strong time management and organizational skills
  • Demonstrated ability to work independently and to self-motivate
  • Knowledge of and passion for sales

Corporate Account Executive, Sponsorship Sales - Full-Time

Corporate Account Executive, Sponsorship Sales - Full-Time

This role will meet and exceed monthly sales quota objectives in a commission only environment by successfully acquiring corporate sponsorships within an assigned geographic territory. Incumbent will sell products and services to gain new sponsorships through prospecting, cold-calling, networking and generating leads and referrals. Incumbent will analyze customer needs and utilize solution-based selling techniques to demonstrate the value of the Orlando Predators as a corporate partner. Recommend media solutions with regard to on air, on field, and other in game opportunities, branding and exclusivity to negotiate and close business.

What you’ll do in your role.

  • Under sales manager supervision, generates leads and referrals through prospecting, cold calling and networking to Identify customer needs and utilize solution-based selling techniques to fully demonstrate the value of the Orlando Predators.
  • Recommend media solutions with regard to on air, on field, and other in game opportunities, branding and exclusivity to negotiate and close business.
  • Work with leadership to develop skills in prospecting, call execution and relationship management.
  • Participate in training opportunities on products and services and attend sales meetings. Devising creative and effective sales approaches, solutions and proposals.
  • Fully utilize all sales skills, funnel management and prospecting tools. Develop sales funnel and generate reporting on sales activities and forecasting.

The experience you’ll bring.

  • Bachelor’s degree or Related Field or Sales Experience
  • Proposal Writing: Experience Preparing, Delivering, and Following-Up on Product/Service Proposals and Pricing Quotations
  • 1 + Years Verifiable New Customer Acquisition Sales Experience Within A Commissioned Environment
  • Communication: Excellent Interpersonal, Written, And Oral Communication Skills
  • Negotiation: Effective Negotiating and Closing Skills
  • Customer Service: Demonstrated Experience Delivering Outstanding Customer Service and Attention to Detail
  • Task Management: Ability to Work Well in A Multifaceted, Fast Changing Environment That Requires A High Degree of Multi-Tasking and Autonomy
